Strawberry white chocolate rice krispies. White chocolate, marshmallows and crushed strawberries all mixed together to create one delicious treat. Easy to make and oh so good!
One of my favorite things about rice krispey treats is that it's so easy to get creative and switch it up from the classic that we love so much. These are just that, a mix of a few things that taste so good together.
Combined with melted mallows and butter and you have a winner. Finished with a white chocolate drizzle and more crushed dried strawberries! SIMPLE to make and oh so pretty!
Let's get started!
Start by crushing the dried strawberries. I do this in a ziploc plastic bag and then smash with a spoon, measuring cup or really whatever works. Next, in a large bowl combine both the rice krispies and the crushed strawberries together. Set aside. In a saucepan over low heat, combine the remaining ingredients and stir until melted and smooth. Take off heat and add the cereal mixture. Stir until cereal is evenly coated. Transfer to a buttered 9 x 13 pan and press down. Make your chocolate drizzle by melting in the microwave until completely smooth. Drizzle on top and add more crushed strawberries.
