If soft sugar cookies are your thing, your going to love these! The sprinkles add a little bit of sweetness, color and fun. You cant go wrong with sprinkles.

Funfetti Sugar Cookies
Makes 19 cookies
1 ¾ cup flour
1/8 tsp cream of tartar
1/8 tsp baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
¼ tsp kosher salt
¼ cup rainbow sprinkles
11 tablespoons softened butter
¾ cup granulated sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla
Preheat the oven to 350. In a medium bowl combine all dry ingredients. Set aside. In the bowl of an electric mixer fitted with the whisk attachment, cream the butter, sugar and vanilla on medium speed, about a minute. Beat in the egg; do not overmix. Add flour mixture; beat until just combined. Using a cookie scoop, scoop dough onto a pan lined with parchment paper. Space the cookies about 2 inches apart on the pan. Bake at 350 for 11-12 minutes.
